Planned row is editable — click a cell and type a value in lacs, then press Enter or click away to save.

Row colour: green = fully billed  |  yellow = part billed  |  red = nothing billed yet. Achieved = billed against that commitment.
Amber band = CONFIRMED deals — held against the gap and planned for in the Inventory Plan. Grey band = unqualified PIPELINE — shown for visibility only, never planned against.

Min Inv and Req are the sales team's fixed numbers (not editable). Committed = still-pending (not yet billed) qty from this month's commitment list, matched against real invoices the same way the Slack report does — a commitment spanning several products (e.g. "TI-15, TI-9, DVR-02") counts its full pending qty against each, since the source list doesn't split it either. Estimated = Actual + Committed.
